【解決手段】足で踏み込む、アクセルペダルとブレーキペダルを備えた、内燃機関自動車及び電気自動車動車、燃料電池車のアクセルペダルの操作において、既存の電子制御式アクセルペダルAssy1と同じ、電子制御式アクセルペダルAssyを右脛上部8で操作できる場所に、踏まないアクセル4として増設を行い、ブレーキペダル6上に右足9を添えて、操作部7を右脛上部8の右側で左右の動作を行うことにより、踏まないアクセル4を操作することができ、アクセルペダルとブレーキペダルの踏み換えが不要で、ペダル踏み間違い防止と、ブレーキ操作おける停止時間、停止距離を短くすることができる。

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator wrong operation measurement apparatus in which, when an accelerator is mistaken for a brake and operated, a throttle is returned for deceleration, and a vehicle is surely braked, thereby preventing or reducing accidents without fail.SOLUTION: An accelerator wrong operation measurement apparatus includes first transfer means 3 which transfers depression input of an accelerator pedal 1 to a throttle, cancel means 4 which cancels the transfer by the first transfer means 3 and returns the throttle when the accelerator pedal 1 is depressed to a predetermined level or more, and second transfer means 5 which transfers the depression input of the accelerator pedal 1 exceeding a cancel operation point of the cancel means 4 to a brake pedal 2 and operates a brake. Therefore, when an accelerator is mistaken for the brake and operated, the throttle is returned for deceleration and a vehicle is surely braked, thereby preventing or reducing accidents without fail.
