PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing solid detergent composition which is not only safe and, in addition, can surely remove dirt but also is transparent without coloring, moreover remains solid without collapsing by dissolution while in use in a bathroom or the like, gives a remarkable feeling of soft and mild lubricity to the skin, and enables activation of the epidermis and local peeling of the skin to have the metabolism of the skin by peeling.
SOLUTION: The solid detergent composition is obtained by adding an α- hydroxy acid as the essential component to a soap base and further compounding a placenta extract, sodium hyaluronate, an aloe extract, squalane, collagen, a licorice extract or the like with the resulting mixture in addition to the α-hydroxy acid such as glycolic acid. The method for producing a transparent bar soap having a peeling effect comprises the steps of imparting perfume to the above composition, cooling and setting up, cutting, drying, and die cutting.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soap in which a pattern of the soap remains for a long time or until the soap has been consumed, and the pattern increases advertising effect by deepening the impression on consumers and always stimulates purchasing desires of the consumers.
SOLUTION: Materials are each fed from a main tube 3 or a subsidiary tube 4, they form the main body material 1a of soap and the pattern material 2a. The pattern material 2a flowing out from the subsidiary tube 4 forms a bar-shaped pattern material 2b through a branching mold 5, the resultant bar- shaped pattern material 2b is wrapped by the main body material 1a of soap flowing out from the main tube 3, the main body material 1a of soap is molded by a soap main body mold 71 into a bar-shaped main body material 1b of soap, and this is discharged as a bar-shaped soap. The bar-shaped soap is cut in a specified thickness to produce a soap having a through pattern.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent which does not contain a harmful chemical but has an antibacterial action.
SOLUTION: 0.1 to 0.3 wt.% of a Japanese cypress oil is contained in a soap component. An antibacterial action of the Japanese cypress keeps a person who is allergic to an animal from a chappy skin and an inflammation during washing and cypress fragrance of the Japanese cypress oil suppresses an oil smell and further waste water of the soap does not cause an environmental pollution. Caustic soda is added to a raw material oil while the mixture is heated by steam and impurities are removed to give a composition comprising 90% of a soap component and 10% of an oil component. To the composition is then added 800 cc of the Japanese cypress oil produced in a process other than the detergent production process while the mixture is stirred for 10 to 20 minutes.
