Erfindungsgemäß ist die wenigstens eine Stofffalte (3, 3'; 4, 4'; 24, 24') eine Quetschfalte oder Kellerfalte, die zwei einseitig gelegte Stofffaltenelemente (7, 7') aufweist, die entgegengesetzt gearbeitet sind. Am Kleidungsstück (1, 18, 20) ist im Herstellzustand in einer Grundgröße als kleinster, erster Größe (50) die Kellerfalte oder Quetschfalte beidseitig über die Faltenlänge mit jeweils einer Kettenstichnaht (7-1) abgenäht und mit der Stoffbahn verbunden. In einer demgegenüber vergrößerten zweiten Größe (62) ist eine der beidseitigen Kettenstichnähte (7-1) aufgetrennt und das zugeordnete eine Stofffaltenelement (7') entfaltet, während das andere Stofffaltenelement (7) abgenäht verbleibt. In einer demgegenüber vergrößerten dritten Größe (74) als größter Größe sind beide beidseitigen Kettenstichnähte (7-1) aufgetrennt und beide Stofffaltenelemente (7, 7') entfaltet.
