본 발명은 브라더 내부의 상하 온도편차를 보다 정확하게 측정하고, 브라더의 수축과 팽창 동작에 의해 온도측정장치가 변형되거나 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 한 타이어 가류장치에 있어서의 브라더 내부 온도측정장치에 관한 것이다. 종래의 온도측정장치는 브라더의 내부로 열과 압력을 공급시키고 회수하는 배관내부 또는 보호관체(41)의 선단에 설치된 하나의 온도감지센서(42)로 브라더(2)내부의 온도측정을 대체함으로써, 브라더 내의 실제 온도를 측정할 수 없으며, 또한 온도편차를 가지는 브라더 상 하부의 온도를 비교할 수 없는 문제점이 있었던 바, 본 발명은 브라더(2)의 단부가 결합되는 상 하부클램프(21)(22)와; 상부크램프(21)와 결합되는 승강막대(31)와; 노즐부(35)에 설치되어 브라더(2)의 내부로 압력원을 공급시키고 배출시키는 인입관(32) 및 배출관(33)과; 하부클램프(22)에 일단이 결합되는 보호관체(41)와; 보호관체(41)의 선단에 설치되는 온도감지센서(42)와; 보호관체(41)의 내부에 설치되어 온도감지센서(42)와 디스플레이장치(51)를 연결시키는 전달매체(52)로 구성되는 것에 있어서, 노즐부(35)에 브라더 내부의 하측온도를 측정하는 온도감지센서(43)를 설치시키고, 온도감지센서(43)와 디스플레이장치(51)를 보호관체(41)를 통과하는 전달매체(52)로 연결시켜 구성함으로써, 브라더의 내부로 주입된 압력원의 열 대류 현상으로 브라더 상 하부에 온도편차가 발생되더라도 이를 정확하게 감지하고 비교할 수 있어 가류정도가 불균일하게 되는 것을 방지하고, 가류시간을 단축시켜 타이어의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있 는 것임. | ||||||

본 고안은 타이어의 가류금형의 벤트에 삽입되는 미니 플러그에 과한 것으로 보다 상세하게 설명하면 미니플러그의 배출홈에 고무가 식출되어 때낌현상이 발생되는 것을 방지한 구조로 된 미니플러그에 관한 것이다. 본 고안에 따른 미니 플러그(10)는 타이어 외관상의 품질향상을 위하여 금형내에 잔존하는 에어를 배출하기 위한 다수개의 벤트(4)에 개재되고, 외부는 인출시 딸려나오는 식출고무에 의한 플러그의 이탈을 방지하기 위하여 스테인레스 재질로 하되, 벤트(4)에 압박하여 삽입되기 용이하도록 일측단부측을 콘상으로 깍아 자유단부의 외경을 벤트(4)의 내경보다 작게 한 삽입부(10i)를 형성하고, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 본 고안에 따른 미니플러그(10)는 에어배출구(11)가 형성되는 부분에 흘러들어간 식출고무의 배출이 용이하도록 비교적 조도가 좋은 테프론재질로 된 별도의 파이프상의 테프론관(12)을 삽입하여 형성시킨다. | ||||||
