1、一种可变曲率的透镜组,沿一光轴,其特征在于自物侧至像侧依 序包含:

一第二透镜部件,为一电控变焦组件,其中该第二透镜部件可调整其 曲率,以改变该透镜组的焦距;
一第三透镜部件,具有负屈光度;
一第四透镜部件,具有正屈光度或负屈光度;以及
一第五透镜部件,具有正屈光度或负屈光度;
其中该透镜组得满足下列关系式:
(1)0<|f1/fm-f1/fn|<0.13;
(2)0.5<|fm/f2m-fn/f2n|<1;
(3)0<|f3/fm-f3/fn|<0.19;
(4)0<|f4/fm-f4/fn|<1;
(5)0<|f5/fm-f5/fn|<0.4;

其中,该第一透镜部件的焦距为f1,该第三透镜部件的焦距为f3,该 第四透镜部件的焦距为f4,该第五透镜部件的焦距为f5,该第4透镜及第 五透镜的合成焦距值为f45;其中,在第一物距情况下,该可变曲率的透 镜组的焦距为fm,该第二透镜部件的焦距为f2m;在第二物距情况下,该 可变曲率的透镜组的焦距为fn,该第二透镜部件的焦距为f2n。
2.如权利要求1所述的可变曲率的透镜组,其特征在于所述的第二透 镜部件包括一电控变焦透镜,其包括第一液态材质层与第二液态材质层。
3.如权利要求2所述的可变曲率的透镜组,其特征在于所述的第二透 镜部件包括第一保护片以及第二保护片,沿该光轴方向个别地配置于该电 控变焦透镜两侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的可变曲率的透镜组,其特征在于所述的第一透 镜部件为非球面透镜。
5.如权利要求1所述的可变曲率的透镜组,其特征在于所述的第三透 镜部件为非球面透镜。
6.如权利要求1所述的可变曲率的透镜组,其特征在于所述的第四透 镜部件为非球面透镜。
7.如权利要求1所述的可变曲率的透镜组,其特征在于所述的第五透 镜部件为非球面透镜。

技术领域

发明是关于一种光学组件,特别是关于一种可变曲率的透镜组

背景技术

随着科技进步,电子产品不断地朝向轻薄短小的特性发展,例如,数 码相机、计算机相机、具有影像撷取装置的行动电话等等,因此,这些电 子装置的光学组件或装置亦必须更加微型化以符技术发展趋势。
为了携带方便及符合人性化的需求,其取像装置不仅需要良好的成像 质量,同时也需要较小的体积与较低的成本,亦必须提升取像装置的应用 性。近年来,在光学装置的领域中,关于影像撷取组件的微性化及高像素 密度的技术不断进步。然而,为了实现微型化的目的,将会有一些因素影 响其效能。当镜头尺寸越趋缩小时,因为其物理的限制,必然限制了其影 像撷取装置的效能。
传统相机与数字相机的可调焦、可变焦镜头与一般微形化装置(例如, 一般具有照相功能的手机)不同,受尺寸所限,大多数的微型化装置所使用 的镜头尺寸相对较小,结构亦简化,且多数皆为固定焦点镜头,可拍摄的 范围有所限制。
虽然由改进感光耦合组件(Charge Coupled Device:CCD)、互补式金属 化物半导体(Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor:CMOS)等影像 感测组件技术,可提升影像撷取装置的像素,然,因为一般可拍照手机所 使用的镜头皆为定焦镜头,其有效焦距值f为固定值。一般固定焦距的对 焦方式皆由改变后焦(back focus length:BFL)来完成对焦。当被摄物体越 近且前焦愈短时,后焦改变量愈大,当前焦变化到30f时,影像质量已经 变差。
公知技术虽然有公开应用于微型化装置的变焦镜头,从物侧到像侧依 序包含单数或复数个透镜组,由改变单数或复数个透镜组间的位置达到变 焦效果,然而,上述的变焦镜头在改变焦距时,整个镜头的长度尺寸将随 着拍摄状态变化而改变,这类镜头是难以装配至微型化装置,且在改变透 镜组的位置时,亦容易产生杂音及发生镜片位置错误问题,再者,上述镜 头所需的机械结构较复杂,成本亦相当昂贵。由上述可知,现今技术需要 有一种具有远景拍摄及近距拍摄功能,且尺寸微型化的光学变焦镜头的需 求。

发明内容

本发明的目的是提供一种可变曲率的透镜组,以克服前述问题。
本发明的再一目的在于提供兼顾极近物距A(A>20mm)及无穷远物距 A(A=∞)摄影质量的透镜组。上述透镜组包括第一非球面透镜、第二可变 曲率镜组、第三非球面透镜、第四非球面透镜以及第五非球面透镜。其中 第二可变曲率镜组经由电压控制的方式改变其界面曲率,俾使镜头得以拍 摄极近(物距A>5f,f为此透镜组的光学系的有效焦距)及极远(无穷远;物 距A=∞)的影像。
本发明提供的可变曲率的透镜组,沿一光轴,自物侧至像侧依序包含: 一第一透镜部件,具有正屈光度,且其第一透镜部件的凸面朝向物侧;一 第二透镜部件,为一电控变焦组件,其中其第二透镜部件利用电压控制的 方式改变其焦距,使其改变该可变曲率的透镜组的焦距;一第三透镜部件, 具有负屈光度;一第四透镜部件,具有正屈光度或负屈光度;以及一第五 透镜部件,具有正屈光度或负屈光度。
依据本发明所提供的可变曲率的透镜组得满足下列关系式:
(1)0<|f1/fm-f1/fn|<0.13;
(2)0.5<|fm/f2m-fn/f2n|<1;
(3)0<|f3/fm-f3/fn|<0.19;
(4)0<|f4/fm-f4/fn|<1;
(5)0<|f5/fm-f5/fn|<0.4;
(6)0.7<f1/fn<1;

其中,第一透镜部件的有效焦距为f1,第二透镜部件在第一物距情况 下的焦距为f2m,第二透镜部件在第二物距情况下的焦距为f2n,第三透 镜部件的有效焦距为f3,第四透镜部件的有效焦距为f4,第五透镜部件的 有效焦距为f5,第4透镜及第五透镜的合成焦距值为f45;其中,在第一 物距情况下,可变曲率的透镜组的焦距为fm;在第二物距情况下,可变 曲率的透镜组的焦距为fn。
上述的第二透镜部件一电控变焦透镜,由一第一材质层与一第二材质 层所组成,依照所施加至变焦透镜的电压而改变变焦透镜的曲率(半径)。
本发明的可变曲率的透镜组克服了传统固定焦距镜头在近拍时影像 质量变差的情况。本发明的可变曲率的透镜组利用上述电控变焦透镜改变 曲率,将镜头在不同摄影物距时,以微量变焦的形式来对应极近(物距 A>5f,f为可变曲率的透镜组光学系的有效焦距)摄影及无穷远(物距A=∞) 摄影时的焦距变化,如此会比固定焦距镜头在无穷远物距及极近物距时更 能得到更高的解像
本发明的可变曲率的透镜组是利用变焦透镜内的第一液态材质层与 第二液态材质层的材质特性,施加电压,以利于改变其曲率,进而达到变 焦的效果并提供良好的光学特性。再者,本发明的可变曲率的透镜组的配 置可有效矫正像差并获得良好的影像质量

本发明将配合其较佳实施例与附图详述于下。应可理解者为本发明中 所有的较佳实施例仅为例示之用,并非用以限制。因此除文中的较佳实施 例外,本发明亦可广泛地应用在其它实施例中。且本发明并不受限于任何 实施例,应以申请权利要求及其同等领域而定。
图1至图19分别是第一实施例至第十九实施例的可变曲率的透镜组 示意图,而图21a-21f至图39a-39f是提供每一实施例的可变曲率的透镜组 根据实际应用数据(参考以下所述)所对应的像差图,例如图21a-21f包括第 一实施例的像差图,图22a-22f包括第二实施例的像差图,依此类推。
参照图1a-1c至图19a-19c,分别描述每一实施例的透镜组示意图,其 中附图中的a、b及c分别代表以近距离模式(物距A≥下限值)、正常模式(下 限值<物距A≤中间值)以及远距离模式(物距A≤∞)的可变曲率的透镜组。
根据本发明的透镜组,沿一光轴,自物侧至像侧依序包含:一第一透 镜部件L1、一第二透镜部件L2、一第三透镜部件L3、一第四透镜部件 L4以及一第五透镜部件L5。另外,有一焦距值为无限的平板透镜L6沿光 轴,配置于第五透镜部件L5后方。较佳地,平板透镜L6可为红外线滤波 器(IR filter)、光学滤波器(OLPF)或保护玻璃片。
第一透镜部件L1具有负正屈光度,且第一透镜部件L1的凸面朝向物 侧。第二透镜部件L2,为一电控变焦组件,例如液态透镜(Liquid Lens)变 焦单元,其中第二透镜部件L2可调整其曲率半径,使得此可变曲率透镜 组的曲率半径改变,而改变透镜组的有效焦距。第三透镜部件L3具有负 屈光度,其中第三透镜部件L3朝向物侧的表面为凹面,而朝向像侧10的 表面为凸面。第四透镜部件L4具有正屈光度或负屈光度。第五透镜部件 L5具有正屈光度或负屈光度。
第二透镜部件L2沿光轴,自物侧至像侧10依序包括第一保护片(cover lens)2、变焦透镜组3以及第二保护片4。第一保护片2与第二保护片4沿 光轴方向个别地封住于变焦透镜3两侧。第一保护片2与第二保护片4为 平面透镜组成(焦距=∞),主要功能为封住变焦透镜组3。变焦透镜3是由 一第一液态材质层3a与一第二液态材质层3b所制成,依照所施加至变焦 透镜3的电压改变变焦透镜3的曲率,进而达到变焦的效果并提供良好的 光学特性。再者,本发明的改变曲率(半径)的透镜组的配置可有效矫正像 差并具良好的光学特性。
本发明的可变曲率的透镜组克服了传统固定焦距镜头在近拍时影像 质量变差的情况。本发明的可变曲率的透镜组利用上述电控变焦透镜改变 曲率,将定焦镜头在不同摄影物距时,以微量变焦的形式执行极近(物距 A>5f,其中f为可变曲率的透镜组光学系的有效焦距)摄影及无穷远(物距 A=∞)摄影时的焦距变化,如此将比固定焦距镜头更能达到更高的解像力。
在一较佳实施例中,第一透镜部件L1为非球面透镜,而第三透镜部 件L3、第四透镜部件L4以及第五透镜部件L5都是非球面的透镜。透镜 部件L1、L3、L4、L5皆得由塑料、玻璃、石英等材料模造而成,较佳方 式系采用塑料,其相较于玻璃材质而言,更得以降低材料成本。
依据本发明所提供的可变曲率的透镜组可满足下列关系式:

第二透镜部件L2,在变焦过程中,其焦距变化范围为上述关系式(2)。
参照图20a以及图20b,其为本发明的第一至第十九实施例与各个焦 距比值的曲线分布图。垂直轴代表各个焦距的比值;而平轴的刻度1-19 代表个别的第一实施例、第二实施例...以及第十九实施例。根据图20a以 及图20b的曲线分布,本发明的第一至第十九实施例中,每一个透镜部件 皆满足上述的关系式。

上述的可变曲率的透镜组视角(FOV)的范围自第一实施例至第十九实 施例可涵盖为50°-70°间。上述实施例所提供的数据中,每一个实施例皆 有限定物距A的范围值以及自物侧顺序的第5表面的曲率半径B的范围 值(例如,第一实施例中,物距A的范围值为50mm~300mm~∞之间)。另 外,本发明更提供每一个对应实施例的非球面系数数据,参考上面所述。
关于图21a-21f至图39a-39f的像差图部份,分别包括球面像差、非点 像差以及歪曲像差图。从上述像差图可得知个别像差在实际应用时可以适 当修正。
本发明的可变曲率的透镜组克服了传统固定焦距镜头在近拍时影像 质量变差的情况。本发明的可变曲率的透镜组利用上述变焦透镜改变曲 率,将定焦镜头在不同摄影物距时,以微量变焦的形式来对应极近(物距 A>5f,其中f为可变曲率的透镜组光学系的有效焦距)摄影及无穷远(物距 A=∞)摄影时的焦距变化,以获得更佳的近拍效果。
对本领域技术人员而言,本发明虽以较佳实例阐明如上,然其并非用 以限定本发明的精神。在不脱离本发明的精神与范围内所作的修改与类似 的配置,均应包含在申请的权利要求内,此范围应覆盖所有类似修改与类 似结构,且应做最宽广的诠释。
