CONSTITUTION: Soybeans are fed into a hopper 60, and a pulverizer 50 is started while feeding water from a water tank 62 to pulverize the soybeans. A hose 82 is mounted on the upper lid 41 of the pot 40, and an electric current is applied to a heater of the pot 40 to heat the pot 40. Foams are then discharged from the hose 82 to a receiving tray 30. The GO liquid is then boiled, and foams are removed to operate a lever 43 to discharge the GO liquid to the receiving tray 30. A squeezing lever 47 is operated to squeeze the net bag and compress the bean curd refuse therein. Soybean milk in the receiving tray 30 is coagulated with a coagulating agent while being heated with a warming heater, cast into a molding box with a cloth laid therein and press molded to give the aimed bean curd.
