Besides, an extremely small amt. of sodium chloride or Ca fluoride, etc., is added and mixed to control the deterioration of the electrodes, the polarities of the electrodes are alternated at an opportune time to prevent the deterioration of the electrodes and restore the conduction of electricity and a continuous operation can be carried out.
