The paste of raw fish meat is captured by the fine screen 51, and is transferred to the upper part by the rotation of the sieve 1 in the direction A. The paste of raw fish meat sticking to the screen 51 is dropped onto a receiving trough 7 by the air ejecting from the ejection ports 91 of a high pressure air pipe 9 and is discharged and recovered from the sieve 1 with the slope of the trough by its own weight. Since the paste of the raw fish meat is thoroughly dropped by the injected air, the screen 51 is used again for recovering the paste of the raw fish meat without causing clogging of the screens.
