The water passing an intake pump 4 is fed to a water purifying plan consisting of a quick mixing basin 5 where the chemical liquid controlled by a turbidity detecting meter 51 is fed; a floc forming basin 6, a settling basin 7 for solid-liquid sepn., etc.
