CONSTITUTION: Several ribs 4 are welded onto exterior surface of a short sleeve 1a for an inner tube of an anchor unit A in circumferential direction, and then rectangular pieces 2a for an outer tube are also welded onto the surface and in spaces among the ribs 4 by keeping prescribed intervals with the short sleeve 1a. And then, by welding the short sleeve 1a to an inner tube 1b and also by welding the outer tube's rectangular pieces 2a to an outer tube 2b of a conducting tube B using 2-section split connecting outer tube 2c, the inner and outer tubes of the anchor unit A and the conducting tube B are filled with an insulating material such as polyurethane form body, etc. In this mechanism, it is possible to perfectly prevent expansion due to variation of the tube's inside temperature. And by making the outer tube with steel piping, etc., it is possible to prevent leaking of water into the outer tube so that underground pipe-laying work can be much simplified because it can be done only by digging ditches.
