CONSTITUTION: A bituminous emulsion or modified bituminous emulsion obtained by mixing 100pts.wt. modified bitumen prepared by modifying cutback asphalt or straight asphalt or a modified bitumen prepared by modifying with a natural rubber or synthetic rubber is mixed with 0.5W20pts.wt. antimicrobial drug, e.g. an organotin, for injurious germs of buildings.
EFFECT: The antimicrobial drug is solidified in the asphalt layer and will not cause pollution without flowing out, and the asphalt layer is easily repaired by cutting and splitting.
