A power distributing device 11 is arranged interposing between a power transmission shaft 12 of a main engine 3 and the thrust bearing 13. The power distributing device 11 is supported to a ship bottom 21 through an elastic supporter 20. The thrust load is prevented from acting with only transmission of power from the main engine 3 to a power transmission system 9 of the power transmission shaft 12 and the power distributing device 11, and the power transmission system 9 enables its weight lightness, compactness and simplification to be promoted.
