CONSTITUTION: In a side stream system 5, a plurality of water-purifying lines are parallelly arranged between the inlet header 31 and the outlet header 32 of a condensed water-purifying system. The water-purifying line in each unit is constructed by the inlet valve 33 of the condensed water-purifying system, a condensed water-filtering device 34, the intermediate valve 35 of the condensed water-purifying system, a condensed water-desalinating column 36, a resin strainer 37, a differential pressure gauge 38, a flow rate-control valve 39 and the outlet valve 40 of the condensed water-purifying system. Pressure losses of the filter 34 and the desalinating column 36 are varied by the turbidity of condensed water. The pressure loss is monitored by the differential pressure gauge 38, and its signal is transfered to the flow rate-control valve 39. The flow rate-control valve 39 can supplement the pressure loss by squeezing its opening rate.
