Therefore, a difference in the density is caused between gases in the high temperature and low temperature sections yielding a natural circulating force. The nitrogen gas 17 in the space section 16 is lightened in weight by heating while flowing upward and passing through a sampling piping 19 and is in troduced to the leakage detector 20.
