CONSTITUTION: Low-temperature heat energy QL recovered from the condenser 20 of the distilling column 21 is handled by an absorption type heat pipe and is regenerated as high-temperature heat energy QH, which is reutilized as the heat source of reboiler 22 of the distilling column 21. The heat pump uses a system based on lithium bromide-water, amine compd. -carbon dioxide gas, alcohol compd. -amine compd. and organic compd. -amine compd. The heat pump uses the generator 2 and the heat recoverer 1 and generates high-temperature heat energy QH and sends it to the reboiler 22. The absorbed substance is discharged in the generator 2 and generates vapor, which is liquefied in the condenser 3, while the liquid is pressurized by the pump 10 and is sent to the evaporator 4, where the absorbed substance vaporizes and enters the heat recoverer 1.
