CONSTITUTION: The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) a white inorganic pigment (e.g. titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, zinc stearate) with (B) a saccharide (e.g. sucrose, maltose, lactose) impregnated with (1) an oily ingredient (e.g. soybean oil, sesame oil, olive oil, jojoba oil) and (2) a surfactant ≤10 in HLB (e.g. POE oleyl ether, POE nonyl phenyl ether). The relative amounts of the ingredients are as follows: the oily ingredient plus surfactant: 1-25 (pref. 5-20) pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the saccharide, or 20-500 (pref. 50-300) pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the white inorganic pigment.
