CONSTITUTION: Coal is ground into particles having substantially less than 10mm of grain size by a grinder 8. Then, petroleum is supplied from a petroleum storage tank 2 to a conduit 3, and transporated as slurry to a deoiling device 4 disposed at considerable distance therefrom. The petroleum separated and recovered is fed to a petroleum storage tank 5, and roughly ground coal is supplied via a transporting unit 6 to a pulverizer to be pulverized to the degree that substantially 70% thereof may pass through a gauze of 200 mesh size. The deoiled coal thus pulverized is fed through an ordinal pneumatic transporting means to burner unit 7 and burnt in a furnace.
