Further, a float type switching valve 27 which operates due to the vertical displacement of the level 18 of the stored hot water 1 in the heat accumulation tank 2 is provided so that a supply of water into a branch conduit 25 is controlled and flow stop switches 34 and 35 are provided in the intermediate portion 32 of the hot water supply pipe 16 and in a burner 33 for the bath boiler 4, respectively, so that the combustion of the burner is controlled.
