CONSTITUTION: The solar-heat collector 5 is connected with the heat-accumulating tank 2 through a pump 13, while a hot-water supply pipe 12 in a hot-water supply equipment 17 is connected to a hot-water storing tank 3 contained in the heat-accumulating tank 2. The tank 2 is connected through the pump 13 with a heating circuit 9 passing through a floor-heating unit, a fan coil unit or the like in a room so as to heat the interior of the room. In this case, the heater 16 is placed adjuacently to the tank 2. The heater 16 has a double-wall pipe structure consisting of an inner pipe 18 and an outer pipe 19, with center-opened funnel-shaped baffle plates 21... fitted to the inside of the inner pipe 18 at intervals, so that combustion gas from a burner 11 can efficiently heat the hot water flowing through a heating passage 20.
