CONSTITUTION: The oscillating capacitor 7 is connected between the base and collector of a transistor 1. Further, a frequency variable coil 8 and a varactor diode 9 are connected in series and the series circuit is connected in parallel with the oscillation capacitor 7. In the oscillation circuit through the constitution above, the Q of the oscillation circuit is decided by the impedance of oscillation coils 2, 3 and the capacitance of the oscillation capacitor 7. In using a fixed capacitor for the oscillation capacitor 7, the deterioration of the Q of the oscillation circuit by the Q of the varactor diode is prevented. Thus, the oscillation circuit with high Q is formed and the phase noise of the oscillation output is lowered.
