CONSTITUTION: The circuit consists of a couple of transistors(TRs) 4, 5 and the emitters are connected to a constant current source 3 to form a differential amplifier. When a sinusoidal wave 1 outputted from an oscillator or the like is inputted to a base of the TR 4, a base potential of the TR 5 is an ON/OFF potential of the differential amplifier, a rectangular wave 2 is outputted from the collector of the TR 5, a high level potential of the rectangular wave 2 is specified by a resistor 6 and the amplitude of the rectangular wave 2 is specified by a resistor 7. On the other hand, a limiter circuit receivers the rectangular wave 2 and converts the wave into a rectangular wave 9 whose positive and negative amplitudes around an optical reference potential are equal and the result is outputted to an integration circuit 10, which smoothes the rectangular wave 9 and detects its mean voltage and it is inputted to a base of the TR 5. Thus, the width of a high pulse and a low pulse is always kept equal to each other.
