f for sampling. The voltage VF across the resistance Rf generated by this current is fed back to a high voltage control circuit HVC. A voltage VCO is outputted from the circuit HVC according to the feedback signal VF and the high voltage VH is controlled by this voltage VCO so that always the predetermfined voltage VF is obtained.
