CONSTITUTION: A light beam emitted from a light source 1 is, after passing through a filter 4 and an optical system 5, deflected with a mirror 6, and then reflected on a halfreflecting or opening mirror 8 so that it goes to a lower sample, to excite a fluorogen molecule existing in a sample. A microscope optical system 2 is assigned above the sample in a test tube 10, and it converges a light beam, emitted by the sample, on an optical diode 16, especially an avalanche optical diode which is connected to an electronic processing device 3, so that individual photon which is received with the electronic processing device 3 is counted. By this, a fluorescent light beam emitted by a biologic sample is promptly measured with high sensitivity.
