CONSTITUTION: A single crystal base 11 is coated with epitaxially grown metal, semiconductor or insulator to form a buffer layer 13. Then, Y or a lanthanoid atoms, Ba and Cu is sputtered from a plurality of targets 14a, 14b, 14c under strong orientation to the buffer layer 13 to form an oxide super-conductor thin film 12 in which the Cu-O planes connected with Y or lanthanoid atoms are artificially laminated.
