CONSTITUTION: The wall body 3 from the fist floor to the third floor in a building such as in thermal power plant is formed with double structures of outer wall section 3a and inner wall section 3b and a ventilating channel 7 is formed between both wall sections 3a and 3b. In such a building room temperature rises by the heat of an inside heater L, creating rising air flow. By this rising air flow outside air sets into the ventilating channel 7 as shown by the arrow mark from an air intake hole 4 provided in the section corresponding to the first floor of the outer wall section 3a. Then, the otside air that entered the ventilating channel 7 gest into the second floor room and the rooms above it from an air supply hole 5 opened in the inner wall section 3b of the second floor and an upper air supply hole 5 of the third floor, and the air is led by the rising air flow in the room to ventilate it naturally and finally discharged from the air outlet at the top.
