2+ , contained in running water turning inside the treating chamber 3 cross the magnetic flux of a magnetic field constituted by a couple of magnets 2, 2 along a vertical direction. Hereon, the metal ions come into collision with the inner wall of the treating chamber 3 under specified magnetic force so as to enhance the probability of forming the crystals from said metal ions.
