CONSTITUTION: A keyboard 8 etc. is operated while reproducing a master tape on which the audio PCM signal is recorded. Thus the table-of-contents (TOC) information is generated and stored through a cue editor 7 in order to produce the cue signal which is required for the division of music, etc. in response to the reproduction time code, etc. Then the master tape is rewound to record the TOC information stored in the editor 7 on a prescribed track of the master tape while listening again to the reproduced sound. The master tape is then reproduced, and the cue signal generator is controlled by the TOC information to produce the cue signal. Then a format code is produced along with the reproduced PCM signal, etc. to control an optical cutting device. Thus the audio PCM signal containing the cue signal is produced on a disk original board.
