At the same time, the robot 10 is actually operated for inspection and the basic control working is sent to the simulator 20 from the robot 10 in case the learning of the basic control working is required. Then the weighting is set. Thus it is possible to perform the learning of the weight in a short time and to improve the practical properties in a robot control system.
