CONSTITUTION: Katakane are converted to Chinese characters on a basis of three conditions, namely, long-time learning to store the use frequency of Chinese characters in the past, short-time learning to give 1 and 0 to a latest inputted homonym and other words respectively, and the use frequency of each using field. These conditions are used arbitrarily; and by selecting conditions, Katakana is converted to a Chinese character which is decided as a most suitable one, or a homonym according to the frequency is outputted. All files can be updated by learning each time they are used. A user can modify contents of files advantageously.
