CONSTITUTION: A raw paper 10 with adherend members tacked thereto comprises a continuous form raw paper 12 and covering members 14 tacked to the surface of the paper 12 to constitute the adherend members. The continuous form raw paper 12 is so formed that it can be separated into sheets 16. The covering member 14 comprises a rolled form base 20, on one major surface of which a hiding layer 22 is provided, and a heat-adhesive resin layer 24 is provided on the surface of the hiding layer 22. The heat-adhesive resin layer 24 is melted when being heated, resulting in satisfactory adhesion to the continuous form raw paper 12. Therefore, when the adherend member is heated only after it is confirmed that the adherend member is laid at an optimum position on the sheet 16 of the continuous form raw paper, the adherend member is adhered accurately to the optimum position on the surface of the continuous paper 12.
