The supply control body 1 has a construction in which the hollow part 11 is filled with an active substance 14, and the interior of the holes 12 is filled with a liquid substance 15 having a limited solubility in the active substance 14 and a controlled transporting ability of the active substance 14 respectively. The maximum diameter of the hollow part 11 is 2,000μ or less, and the pore diameter of the holes 12 is 10μ or less. A perfume, an insecticide or medicine may be cited as the active substance 14, and an animal fat or oil or paraffin may be cited as the liquid substance 15. The body is used by bringing into contact with the body integument, mucous membrane, a small animal, another article, etc.
