CONSTITUTION: A mixture comprising (A) bleomycin, (B) beeswax, (C) a higher fatty acid triglyceride, pref. a hydrogenated animal or vegetable oil or synthetic oils and fats having a softening point of 30W50°C, e.g. Witepsol E-85, and (D) a polyoxyethylene derivative having an HLB value of ≥ 7, e.g. polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, is molten and filled in, e.g. a polyethylene tube. The mold is cooled and cut into proper lengths to obtain the desired bleomycin solid preparation. One tablet of the preparation (100 parts) contains pref. 3W100mg titer (about 1W50mg in weight) of (A), 1W50 parts of (B), 1W40 parts of (C) and the rest part of (C).
