CONSTITUTION: 2 Equivalents of sodium gluconate and 1 equivalent of triethanolamin are added to the plating bath, which includes stannous and zinc ions at the equimolecular ratio and has total ion concentration 0.2W0.3mol/l, to chelate this plating bath, and pH 5W8 is obtained. Further, 0.02W0.1g/l polyoxyethylene-nonyl- phenyl-ether and 2W40ppm palladium ions are added as additives. The tin-zinc alloy is used as the anode to perform electrolytic plating in this bath, and the baking processing is performed at 150W200°C for two or more hours after the tin-zinc- palladium alloy is electrodeposited.
