A rib 6 acting as a scilencer is provided at the bottom of the trough over the whole length. The trough 3 is placed on a roof 1 of the lower floor along under eaves of a roof 2 of the upper foor. Rainwater falling from the eaves of the roof 2 is introduced into the trough 3 through the opening 4, being discharged onto the roof 1 through the exhaust port 5. A trough body 7 is laid under the ground under the roof 1 of the lower floor, receiving rainwater from the roof 1, and discharging rainwater to a discharge pipe 8. Since the trough 3 is supportingly placed on the roof 1 of the lower floor, it is not broken even if a large weight is loaded owing to drifted snow
