The reinforcement 31 on a staircase site back form 5 is welded to the reinforcing bar preliminarily protruded from the circumferential wall, and steel staircase step forms 6, 7 are arranged, and are timbered by an angular pipe 9 and the like. The staircase can thus surely be integrated with the concrete panel 2.
