CONSTITUTION: A car airconditioner control device includes an internal/external air changeover damper 8 which opens and closes selectively an internal air lead-in passage and an external air lead-in passage, and the intra-cabin air amount and extra-cabin air amount are adjusted through operation of an actuator 10 for this damper 8. The actuator 10 is controlled by a control means 12, which is fed with output signals from a solar irradiation amount sensor 14, a switch for illumination 16 to be turned on when the headlamps are lighted up, and an external air sensor 18 to sense the external air temp. When the two conditions are met, i.e., the solar irradiation amount to be below a certain specified value, and the switch 16 to be turned on, the damper 8 shall be changed over so that an internal air lead-in passage 4 is opened and an external air lead-in passage 6 closed.
