CONSTITUTION: A gas to be treated of an ordinary temp. under pressure is fed through a pipeline 1 to an oil mist separator 2 such as filter, where it is removed of oil mists of about 0.05W1μ. The gas contg. micro-suspended oil mists of about ≤0.05μ flows through a pipeline 3 into a heat exchanger 4, where it is preheated. This gas is supplied through a pipeline 5 to a heater 6. Here, the suspended oil mists are heated and are thoroughly gasified by an electric heater or the like. The gas flows through a pipeline 7 into the heat exchanger 4 where it heats the gas supplied therein. This gas per se is cooled down to around ordinary temp. and is further fed through a pipeline 8 into an adsorption tower 9, where the gaseous oil is adsorbed away by adsorbents such as alumina gels. The high purity gas is fed through a pipeline 10 to a user.
