Then a surface of the base 3 is coated with an adhesive agent, and the gnarl veneer 2 is placed thereon, and heated and pressurized by an iron or the like to be adhered. Whereby the distortion of the veneer 2 after adhered onto the base 3 surface can be prevented, that is, the correction becomes unnecessary, and the surface finish can be performed in a beautiful condition.
