Next, this crude polymer is mixed with a shortstop which deactivates the polymerization catalyst by forming a complex with it, e.g., ethylamine, or its organic solvent solution in an amount, as shortstop, corresponding to 0.5W 30 times, by mol, the polymerization catalyst and to 0.01W5wt% of the crude polymer. The resulting mixture is pulverized within 2hr so that the proportion of the polymer particles passing through a 10-mesh (ASTM) screen is 100%.
