After the opening 5 is blocked by the head 8, and mortar and raw concrete are supplied into the hopper 1, the opening 5 is opened, and raw concrete is sent-out in a prescribed flow rate from the feeding-out amount adjuster 3. When the opening is closed and the head 8 is fastened by the water shielding device 9, and the sending-out pipe 4 is blocked then residual concrete can be prevented from hardening due to dehydration.
