In the second raw of rolls 3, the first roll 1 on the feed-in side is backed up, and next two rolls 1 are backed up after skipping over a roll 1; hereinafter, rolls 1 are backed up similarly. In the third raw of rolls 3, the first roll 1 on the feed-in side is skipped over, and next two rolls 1 are backed up. Thus arranged three raws of backup rolls 3, 4 are successively located vertically to the longitude of upper and lower leveling rolls 1, 2.
