At the bottom of a mixing chamber 10 made by connecting these stages are attached elastic sheets 5, and at outer side of the eleastic sheets 5 are formed chambers 6 for heating mechanism. Mixture adhered to the elastic sheets 5 is removed by pressurized fluid having pulsatory motion.
