CONSTITUTION: In a space formed between a step-shaped building and a slant surface 2, an approximate triangle-shaped space 5 is formed by surrounding with a slant surface side outer wall 3, a floor slab 4 of next upper stair and the slant surface 2. The space 5 is partitioned in slant direction of the slant surface 2 by a horizontal underground beam 6, however, no partition wall exists at the upper side of the underground beam 7 in the slant direction, accordingly, the space 5 continues over the whole length of horizontal direction of each housing. A discharging hole 9 is provided on a slant surface side outer wall 3, the triangle-shaped space 5 is communicated with an indoor space, a linear-shaped slant air discharging passage 10 continuing in slant direction of the slant surface 2 is provided on one end part side of each triangle-shaped space 5, accordingly, each triangle-shaped space 5 is respectively communicated. By the smokestack effect of the slant discharging passage 10, the air in each triangle-shaped space 5 is sucked, and discharged to the outdoor through an air discharging tower 13.
