CONSTITUTION: The macro lens(inner attachment lens) 6 is driven from the normal non-acting position where the lens 6 is retreated out of a photographing optical path to the normal acting position 6' where the lens exists on the photographing optical path by a macro lens actuator 7 which is controlled by a CPU(means for controlling recording action) 1. At such a time, outputs from a normal non-acting position sensor 4(inner attachment lens position recognizing means) and a normal acting position sensor 5(inner attachment lens position recognizing means) are inputted in the CPU 1. When the position sensors 4 and 5 recognize that the lens 6 exists at the middle position other than the normal acting position and the normal non-acting position an image- pickup action is prevented by the CPU 1. Thus, such an unexpected state that the imperfect image-pickup is performed by inadvertently depressing a release button when the lens 6 exists at the position other than the normal positions is avoided.
