The plating liquid which has been soaked and discharged from the cylindrical body 7 through the jetting shaft 6 contacts with a bent surface 1a of continuous band-like parts 1. The plating liquid becomes a uniform liquid film, and partial plating is executed by a current between an insoluble anode 8 and the band-like parts 1 to which the cathode potential has been applied.
