CONSTITUTION:A primary coil 3 is wound on a member 2 on which winding is made, by using a conductor wire 7 which is formed by providing an electroconductive member 6 directly on the outer periphery of a conductor 5. According to this construction, no insulating layer exists between the conductor 5 and the electroconductive member 6, but a line capacity (distributed capacity) 8, and an equivalent resistance 9 and an inductance component 10 of the electroconductive member 6, exist between the adjacent conductors 5.
