Then, they are stored previously in circulating audio memory unit 2, and sound information of unit length designated by sound read control unit 3 is read out from the start of an arbitrarily circulated information group in order by unit length and is converted to 8-bit parallel data by series-parallel converter 5 and is given to distributor 6. Distributor 6 writes the block number as an address into line buffer 7 which is assigned by talkie compilation control unit 1. PCM digital sound information transmitted from line buffer 7 is converted to an analogue code by MODEM 8 and is demodulated to sound and is outputted. Thus, the number of output lines can be increased simultaneously with shortening the access time to the audio memory unit.
