The mixed slurry from the tank 7-1 enters an alkali agent adding tank 7-2, where it is added with an alkali agent 13 such as magnesium hydroxide, and is controlled to ≥4pH, after which it is separated to dehydrated cake 9 and dehydrated separating water 10 by a mechanical dehydrator 8 such as filter press.
