Thus, the ground contact pressure of the ramp way 3 can be constantly maintained in its optimal value, so that the ramp way 3 can be always installed in its optimal way, without coming into loose contact with the quay due to its bad followability or having excessive ground contact pressure, even if the relative height of a ship body 2 is increased with respect to a quay.
