As an embodiment of lysophosphatide, there is one prepared by hydrolizing glycerophospholipid such as soybean phospholipid, rapeseed phospholipid or corn germ phospholipid by phospholipase A

1 occurring from a microorganism. When diacylphosphatid is mixed with lysophosphatide, the wt. ratio of the latter to the former is pref. 50/50 or more.
